Tried to force themselves into coming to remove the asbestos rather than just quoting with other high pressure sales techniques “very dangerous” “remove it NOW”. Then when told no just didn’t show up as agreed. Then quoted a VAT FREE price. My advice avoid them

I wish I could give zero stars. Emma was quite pushy to win the business, but despite a 2-3 month lead time, the agreed start date was pushed back several times. Then, the evening before work was due to start, Emma TEXT me to suggest I use another firm as they could not provide a start date. Emma then refused to return calls to discuss. A terrible, unprofessional experience.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.
