George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Would definitely recommend Harry, we had a bathroom to plaster and various remedial work in other rooms where we'd had leaks etc and the work he did was excellent. The whole process was how it should be - he provided a detailed quote in writing with great communication, then turned up when he said he would and got the job done with minimal disruption and mess.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Bespoke joinery to a high standard by a time served joiner with over 45 years experience.
Left me with a massive headache. Fitted oak cladding to stairs. Misaligned ballistrade, needs taking out. Many of the steps creak, quarterlanding creaks, (did not before). Joinery badly cut with no scribing. Damaged plaster where wood cut in situ. Left many holes in wall where handrail put up more than once because at wrong height. Removed a newel post, and joined ballustrade at 90 degrees - unsafe and against building regs. Left huge messes everywhere for us to clear up on several days. Took ages over the
