An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Job executed correctly, although quote was very high compared to few others I got after John completed it. During the work, John dropped a hammer from the ladder by mistake, which ended up damaging my neighbor property. I had to call him back once I saw the hammer in my neighbor front yard and found the smashed pieces in the front. Despite various promises of replacing/fixing/paying some compensation, it's been now 2 months and John stopped replying me. Not professional at all

He is a pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient worker, also an excellent communicator and problem solver. He and his team always left the site tidy at the end of each day. When a small issue occurred some weeks later, he came the same morning and sorted it out immediately. We thoroughly recommend him for any roofing/gutter work.

While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along.
