Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

DB Building Conservation specialises in the use of lime plasters for the repair of listed and period buildings. We are period property experts. We have extensive experience of lime plastering, render and traditional materials such as lath and plaster and wattle and daub. We also undertake repointing and wall repairs with flint and clunch. I have an MSc in Building Conservation and can advise on many aspects of the care and renewal of traditional buildings whether listed or not. Issues such as damp and insulation in old properties are a speciality. We can also recommend and liaise with other tradespeople who are qualified to repair historic timber, brick and stone. Dan did such a great job with our 17th century lime wall. Painstakingly removing the modern repair without damaging the surrounding plaster and then re-lathing and finishing with lime plaster. You can hardly see where the repair is even though we didn't skim the whole wall to preserve wall paintings. Very clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommended.

Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! (I had previously been told by a kitchen fitter that it would take 2 men 4 days). I will 100% be using Kes again Thank you

Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets.
