Amazing! Was a tricky pattern and has to figure out how to get and even finish to the edges. Was very fast and really exceeded expectations! Turned up on time, was tidy, polite and respectful of my home. Would most definitely reccomend to use Florin for any of your tile needs, I certainly will in future.

Between the 4 of us at Griggs Home Improvements we carry - - NVQ Level 3 carpentry. - NVQ level 3 Bricklaying. - CITB Health & Safety awareness. - Construction management diploma. - Total of over 35 years building experience between us. Griggs Home Improvements mainly specialise in Extensions, Loft conversions and refurbishments from start to finish. We cover everything from pouring footings to plastering the walls. We hired Danny to install a utility room for us. He was punctual, easy to work with and kept to the timing and cost he quoted. Given the high level of service he provided we subsequently hired him to reinforce an old garden fence. Another top, punctual job on budget.

Csaba was very efficient, professional, and kind. He provided a quote when he said he would. He responded to my texts. He diagnosed what would be needed quickly and was reasonable on price. He came when he said he would. He took the amount of time he said it would take: 1 day. The shower was beautiful. As with all building work, there are sometimes things that were unexpected. He came and sorted those out very quickly. In short, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

Excellent, multi-talented tradesman - fitted 2 types of tiles professionally on uneven, awkwardly-shaped flooring. He laid quality adhesive & matting underneath for solid grounding. He was flexible/agreeable with payments, sourced all materials and cared for my property as if it was his! The repair of fractured plastering and painting room walls is brilliant. Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
