Initially Arbor was efficient, polite and professional. He agreed to everything and nothing was a problem, his work was guaranteed, he would rectify any problems. After we gave him the job, he did not keep to our specification. He underestimated the workload, costs and time it would take. His lack of experience was apparent and showed in his workmanship. There was wastage at extra costs to us. We would not recommend MA paving, they lack integrity, they have not responded to our calls to rectify snags.

My name is Aidan. I am new to the area but by no means new to plumbing and the building trade. I moved here for love and left behind a very successful bathroom and plumbing installation company. I previously worked as recommended by a showroom company so I spent a lot of time creating beautiful bathrooms. My eye for detail really lent itself to the quality of finish, right across the board with tiling,plastering,plumbing, heating and kitchen fitting. I have worked on bathrooms where the materials chosen cost so much it’s scary. Likewise I can work on a B&Q £400 bathroom bundle. My gas safe certification is about to lapse however my knowledge and qualifications are of the highest standard, as this is a new beginning for me I am reluctant to retake the course right now until I understand how beneficial it will be for me in the future. As for me. I am a young man with 15 years on site experience that has always been willing to work hard and treat people fairly. I more than not keep customers for life and am always more than willing to go out of my way to keep people happy. I usually have my dog with me as he is my best bud and comes everywhere with me. If this is a problem he is more than happy to wait for me in the van. Or if you want to say hi he loves people,kids, dogs. He loves everything. We can’t wait to meet you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
