Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Had Kara plumbing and maintenance into refit my bathroom and can’t fault Tuncay at all. From start to finish he was on hand to offer advice and suggestions on the job, he kept in constant contact through all stages of the installation and was open to my ideas and offering his expertise along the way. His work was completed to a very high standard and he ensured everything was perfect. He also offers 12months guarantee on the installation. I love my new bathroom it’s now my favourite room in the house

Yani is an amazing plasterer. His work is first class and our walls are now as smooth as glass. We are having every room plastered, , and painted, and Yani is an expert at it all. He is also very accommodating and fits us in whenever needed. We will never use another plasterer again. Yani is now our go-to-guy. I cant praise his work more. First class! Highly recommend!

I would rate 6 stars if possible! I required some grout replacement and fixing of a few loose tiles, Graham was very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and communication was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely reach out to Graham should I ever need more work!
