An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. We felt fully informed throughout the process and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark to others. Thanks for all your hard work, the lounge looks great!

I have been involved in the electrical mechanical sound A/V and general building trades for over 35 years. I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved. Previous work has included listed buildings, churches, The bank of England, M O D Whitehall, country estate maintenance and security. A large volume of diverse experiance in many trades. I am extremely neat and tidy in my work, and have very high standards. I have worked for the Royal Household designing and fitting lighting for the queen in St James palace. We can give you a full or part house clad with cement or composite board or a facia board and soffit removal and replacement or just a simple painting and refresh job, we also construct decking from start to finish using the very best materials. Richard came to inspect the roof on the Friday and offered to do the work over the weekend, weather permitting, for £120 inclusive of materials and labour. As Sunday was the best day for dry weather, he came around mid-morning and worked on our roof for about three hours, replacing the damaged ridge tile, reseating (cementing) the other ridge tiles, replacing moisture barrier, checking all of our roof tiles and removing and replacing a disused heating vent. Prompt, pleasant, polite, professional! Excellent!

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I had Garry come and render the out side of the property. Top job, always told me what was going on and how they where going to do it. I would recommend them to anyone, they may not be the cheapest but pay cheap pay twice.
