Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

At first we dealt with Thomas only. He was courteous and had good knowledge of products and possibilities. It was great to see how all workers took pride in their work. The end result, a resin path and large patio area, in a very special colour, is simply stunning, due to real TEAMwork and craftsmanship. Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.

First class job by John and the guys. Turned up on time to view the job, very knowledgeable and thorough assessment. Work completed to our agreed timescale and to a high standard, photos supplied to show before/after, important on a roof! Reasonably priced and very pleasant. Would highly recommend - in fact just had them back to do some more work.
