The quote was very fare as the job extended to include the bathroom as well as the hallway, stairs and landing. This person said he could do a good job replacing the felt on my shed but he did not. It is a shame because I was pleased with the other work he had done such as removing garden waste, cutting branches and replacing couple of panels. The shed had to be put right by someone else.

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
