He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Fantastic service. Nick and Ryan were polite friendly and completely trustworthy. They got on with removing a couple of trees and trimming and shaping my garden, which now looks beautiful. They tidied away and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
