Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Very good communications before, during and after the job. Turned up on time, on day specified, and completed the work as I requested. I would definately use NBC again.
