When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. I would recommend Ben as he is conscientious,diligent and easy to talk to.

MFC Roofing and cladding did work on my conservatory roof March 2024. They took the old polycarbonated roof down and replaced with a new tiled one. We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. Bob did a great job of replacing the window and door on my garage. A large pane in the window arrived with a blown seal. They fitted it to secure the window, and returned to replace it with zero fuss. There was some miscommunication over a pane in the door. Again, this was changed without fuss. I believe that most people are fine when things are going well, and you only really tell quality, in how people respond to problems. Bob responded with great integrity. I would be happy to use again.
