Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Quoted £320 for trimming bushes, removing the waste, weeding and putting down weedkiller. Only the bushes have been trimmed, with these now left strewn across my garden. Told my girlfriend they would return at 9am the next day to finish the job after instructing her to walk to the nearest cash machine to pay immediately. Never returned, haven't refunded, and no longer replying to texts or answering calls. Currently exploring formal resolution, although would accept either a refund or a finished job.

Ended up not only getting the new gate and fence, driveway cleaned, treated, sanded and sealed but also the back garden treated and cleaned. Fabulous work!
