We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Half the laminate was laid, but I noticed the pattern joins didn't match up. They were unsatisfactory and I pointed them out. The tradesman was happy to lay the laminate again. This time it was done well. I'm now delighted with the overall appearance of my floor, although there are still some small areas, especially by the skirting, where the laminate hasn't been secured by the trimming. Apart from these small things, the service was friendly and the job was finished on time. I would use them again.

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Can't praise Pasa and his workmates highly enough and fully recomend their work. Very well done. Would not hesitate to use Pasa again.

Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.
