Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Shower replacement. The quote was good. He arrived on time and within 45mins the shower had been replaced. He removed all the old shower bits and new shower box. Definitely a 5 star plumber

Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
