Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.
We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. Lee did apologise and promised to ring me this Monday to sort it out - guess what? He hasn't rung me. Totally untrustworthy.
