Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
