I am primarily a bricklaying specialist though I am more than happy to do natural stone work as well. I hired this person in August 2023 to paint the outside of a small terraced house. It was in disrepair and needed a lot of preparation done before painting. The sandstone slabs that sit on top of the wall needed leveling off because some of it had fell away. Ian leveled it off with white outdoor polyfilla instead of sand and cement which I paid for and which he subsequently left the job with unused. The polyfilla lasted 12 weeks and has fell away. I'm hoping I can upload photos. Terrible finish

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. Pat and Sam made very short work of removing two bushes and stumps, plus trimming the front hedge, jobs which together that would have taken me all day. The clean-up could have been better, but I'm nonetheless very satisfied with the actual work. I found them to be prompt, reliable, and effiecient, and would recommend them as tree surgeons.
