Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. From a clean job and getting rid of all waste the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the job and intend to have lee back to do more work in the new year. Very considerate, excellent workmanship, willing to offer sage advice. Other trades people engaged by Pete also very polite and highly competent. The job did run over the expected duration however Pete kept us informed as he progressed. Using Pete for the next job on the house is a no-brainer.

C&W building did a terrific job of installing a downstairs cloakroom for me. Wayne and his assistants were extremely professional but also polite and friendly. They always turned up when expected and endeavoured to carry out the work with the least disruption possible.

New staircase install. Nice guy but not very reliable. Timeframes always missed, never turned up on days was supposed to. Even didn’t turn up entirely on another job without any explanation. Wouldn’t recommend.
