Daniel did an excellent job trimming several doors and repairing dents. The work has been done to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. He was professional and friendly and left no mess behind. He kindly offered to fix a faulty door latch for no extra cost. I would not hesitate to book Daniel again for other jobs.

Denis did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, he is very knowledgeable and knows his craft, worked outside in the cold and finished the job efficiently. We are so pleased with his work, railing looks good and even the neighbour was impressed and said how nice it looks. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. Total professional and lovely Gentleman.
