Gurps was more expensive than my other quote. However he came across as a lot more reliable and professional and I wasn’t disappointed. He completed all the agreed tasks, tidied up after himself and provided answers to my queries in the weeks after he left. Would recommend

Very professional and friendly service.

Absolutely brilliant, and very competitively priced. Gurps moved my boiler, fitted in a new bathroom, including a new toilet, a new cloakroom sink and also changed all radiators. This involved lots of pipe work including external pipe work, which was all done extremely neatly. Gurps himself is very friendly and helpful and didn't mind me calling him up several times to ask questions and would always have great ideas and solutions. I would not hesitate in recommending GSB Heating and Plumbing Ltd.

I chose Gurps to install a new boiler + Nest controller as his quote was competitive and he had good reviews. Sadly it was the wrong decision. Gurps turned up late, struggled to get the work done on time, wasn't particularly clean, and the electrician he used completely botched up the Nest installation so that I had to call in another contractor. Gurps did refund a chunk of money to cover this, but 4 months on the boiler is leaking from his fittings, and I can't get hold of him to rectify the issue.
