Ken came round, agreed a price and date to do the work then just didn't turn up. Not the best really.
Ken fitted engineered oak flooring in my hallway. It was a complicated job with several awkward angles and corners. He was very easy to deal with and carried out the work with great attention to detail. The finished job looks fantastic. I would definitely use Ken again and would feel comfortable to recommend him to anyone wanting similar work carried out. He was also very reasonable on price. Thanks again Ken.
We were very pleased with Ken and will happily have him carry out further work for us. Having reviewed the job, he gave us further ideas on how to proceed. Having agreed on the finer details, Ken carried out the work efficiently and as planned. No extra costs sprung upon us, as "ball park" figures were agreed up front.
Promised to turn up but never did.
very good except that I had to install the threshold to the hall and the toilet door. Average could be cheaper on materials very good on reliability
