Conservatory
Knowledgeable and reassuring service from Steve and his team. Friendly and helpful at every stage of the build. Quality work and finish. I'd recommend Steve to anyone looking at building an extension. Would happily use in the future.
Groundwork / Foundations
Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.
House Extension
We'd have no hesitation in using Steve and his team again and would highly recommend Midland Construction. They completed our extension to a high quality for a good price, whilst being friendly and approachable throughout. Steve and his team were easily contactable and very proactive in resolving any issues encountered throughout the course of the work.
Groundwork / Foundations
It wasn’t a big job, a small shed base , not many trades people were interested. But Midland construction came to my rescue. They fitted me in very quickly as the shed was due soon. The workmen were very friendly, and finished the work to a high standard, at a competitive price.
