In terms of reliability workers always turned up on time and jobs finished when expected. The price seems very reasonable. There were no unfair costs and Prescon always told me when there were unexpected costs arising. In terms of quality, all was done to my expectations and all issues were fixed without hesitation. Dan (the builder) is a very good man, was very helpful, fixed many sudden problems, gave very valuable advice and had excellent ideas. I think there is now no better house in the area :-)

Having worked in the trade for many years I had particularly high expectations of the work carried out, & am pleased to say that Dan & his team were more than capable of meeting these. The loft project was more complex than many - not only did the 1st floor ceilings have to be lowered, but there were complications with the steelwork pattern. As with many projects issues can arise, but Dan always met these positively with a real 'can do' attitude & workable, effective solutions were always found.

Dan and his team has been very professional throughout the whole project.They have delivered the project smoothly and within the timeline framed. They use to arrive and leave on time as planned. IT was a complex project but he handled it very well. I am happy with work and services delivered and would definately recommend him. He is very honest and has exceeded the expectations. In furture also I would surely use his services again.
