Hi Rebecca, If you've checked the mcb/fuse at your consumer unit,socket,plug+fuse are ok? You need to get an appliance engineer out to have a look at this.There isn't a section for this so advertise the job under electrical but state clearly its an appliance repair your are after and hopefully someone should contact you.
