Hi Frank, You cannot install a double socket by taking a feed from from a light switch.Your socket outlet would be rated at 13amps and your lights are only rated at 6a. if you did this it would trip the lights out everytime you plugged something into the socket and it could also be very dangerous. As for a price it would need to be looked at as it may be straight forward job or it may not be. I suggest you post the job on the main section of the site Thanks Russ
