Hi Janice Sure it can be fitted before skirting boards and will look a much better but in a future if you will decide to change carpet skirting boards would have to be remove I am affraid. Best regards Rafal

Hi janice carpets can be fitted before skirtings but the only thing to consider is the skirting will be on top of the carpet so in the future if the carpet needs restretching it wont be possible and also when you come to replace it you will need to cut it out from under the skirting .
