Hi Vanessa Yes you can use plastic pipe on central heating systems but I would recommend at least 3 metres of copper off the boiler. In my opinion you can't beat the build quality of copper pipe work. If it is installed correctly will last for 30 plus years. Best of luck Sam (eps)

hi,yes you can use plastic pipework its called barrier,pls be aware its not to be used for gas!!make sure you only use gas safe registered people and check out there ID,do not be afraid to ask to see it a genuine guy will only be to pleased to show you,stay safe
