yes you can, but it all depends on how it has been fixed down in the first place. Is it PVC, timber or Aluminum - as each has its own way of being fixed so depending on the type and the amount of time required to dismantle the existing roof will partly determine your end cost. also if the surrounding and supporting frame work is sound you can look to having only the glass or polycarb units replaced. if you are looking to put a roof on which has slate roof or other make sure you engage some one who is very, very experienced as i have seen these go very wrong. also most important of all you need to do calculations on your existing structure if it would take the swap as it may not currently be quite up to it. as you go from polycarb to glass the weight would increase many fold.
