I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner. Excellent, multi-talented tradesman - fitted 2 types of tiles professionally on uneven, awkwardly-shaped flooring. He laid quality adhesive & matting underneath for solid grounding. He was flexible/agreeable with payments, sourced all materials and cared for my property as if it was his! The repair of fractured plastering and painting room walls is brilliant. Excellent, really good guy. Came round same day to look at the job, made a short term fix to help. Suggested best plan, 2 days later came back to install the new tap. Probably could have charged more based on 2 visits but didn't. Would happily recommend and will use again if ever needed again.

After a few delays (weather and sickness) the job was well completed. Only disappointment was bags of rubbish left at top of garden. Would have paid to have them removed but wasn’t a discussion.
