Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My mother-in-law being very ill at the time got her leg trapped at the top of stairs between staircase and stair lift. It required the fire brigade to free her by cutting away the newel post and hand rail at the top of the stairs. Within hours of posting the message Geoff Cann called to say he would be interested in repairing the damage to the staircase. By the following weekend it was all fixed and as good as new. Cannot thank him enough. Would thoroughly recommend. Very friendly.

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
