Dan has been extremely responsive and efficient. He spent a bit of time on phone before doing the work to really have a good understanding of the problem and then he turned up on time with the right material and fixed my broken switch in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Reneco Tech carried out a full Electrical Condition Report (EICR) for our house prior to having existing, 30+ years old, fuse board replaced with a consumer unit. Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts. They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.
