I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Ian at Chaps. When my boiler stopped working in the winter, the emergency callout fee was lower than any electricity company's. He put in a quick fix so that I could have hot water again straight away, and came back a few days later to do the full fix. Not only that: when he noticed that a radiator wasn't working and that a pipe wasn't earthed, he fixed them too for no extra! Cheery and friendly, I now contact them directly for any issues.

Initial communication was perfect and David kept me updated on arrival time etc. He showed me a video of our roof and explained what was required. Work carried out on time and the bill was as stated with no nonsense (like some contractors). Our next door neighbour has also since had roof work carried out by the company and is also very happy. First class service, just wish all contractors were like this.
