Chris' Flooring Services was OUTSTANDING. We're near Paddington London and Chris was able to quickly book and assess a new sanding, polishing, and varnishing of our wood kitchen floor. Jerry and his team did an excellent job of rebuilding my collapsed rear garden wall. They took down the old wall, rebuilt a new supporting wall and put in new steps up to the raised area of garden which they tidied up and covered with gravel. They also put in a fantastic new patio. They worked hard through terrible weather and made good progress everyday and there was great communication throughout the whole process.

Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.
