Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Shower was faulty, missing dual head, a mirror instead of a cabinet and he gave a weak excuse for not installing the combi-boiler shower and external air vent as originally agreed. Was supposed to call two weeks ago to fix leak, never showed and is now ignoring me!
