Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house.
