Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.
