My job for Stefan was fitting 4m? of LVT flooring in my loft en-suite shower room. Wall edges were straight but the flooring needed to fit around a 900mm quadrant shower tray. The fit of the flooring around all edges, not just the shower tray, falls short of satisfactory but he advised me to buy sealant and finish the job myself. I have contacted another flooring contractor to see if he can salvage the job and make it more acceptable to a reasonable standard. Overall I am very disappointed with his work.

Simon and his team fitted laminate cladding on my two flights of stairs and sorted out the unfinished landing at the same time. It looks 300% better! There was a small problem which he returned repeatedly to fix. The only thing I would say is make sure the project is clearly explained to you. I hadn't understood exactly how stair cladding works, and so the result wasn't quite how I imagined it. But I love it now, and the work has been admired by other tradesmen who've seen it.
