We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. Looking to insulate our roof. Martin came round to quote and advised against doing so as what we had was adequate but suggested we looked in the roof space in our lean to as maybe this was the cause of the cold wind. Beams had rotted, no insulation under RSG and no lead flashing. All issues were resolved in 2 days and at a very reasonable price, especially compared to the job we initially thought might need to be done.
