Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards
