Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Not so. AlexThe guttering has not been fitted to standard.You have not fitted trays and felt behind the guttering as previously agreed and seen on adjoining property. It has taken this review to get a response from you. You come across as a very affable individual but sadly lacking in knowledge and honesty.I have sent numerous messages and emails to you but no response. I just hope that this review will stop people choosing you as a supplier. Are you prepared to come back and install the guttering correctly

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Both the visits, to quote and then complete the repair were on time and speedy. The repair was completed very quickly, with no fuss, and as less work was needed than had been quoted for, the final bill was about half the price.

Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter.
