George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

We wanted a shower regrouting and resealing as it had developed some cracks and was potentially leaking water into the wall. Andrew quoted us quickly and came round to do the work in line with the timings agreed. There were some additional bits around the bathroom that needed doing and these were all sorted and completed on the day. The work was all done with quality materials and to a good finish.

Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. I have been a builder for over 30 years. We have moved from large site work building houses in and around the reading area, Mostly all the brickwork. For the past 15 years we are been concentrating only on residential extensions offering a complete service from ?foundation and drainage to finish flooring. Including all plumbing, electrics, windows carpentry and roofing.all works are signed of and inspected by building control and carry a 10 year structural warranty. Swear We do not add extra cost unless extra work is added as we progress after full consultation before continuing. ?We will have lots of meetings to discuss interior fixtures and finish before quoting to eliminate cost rises.
Came and looked at job gave quote and start date. Noticed that wall was also leaning inwards and after some consideration advised that wall should be knocked down and rebuilt for same cost as original quote. Turned up when he stated and removed wall and recovered most of bricks. Rebuilt wall higher than original with cap bricks on either end. Very impressed with the way he lined up wall and kept concrete between rows equal continually checking measurements. Good craftsman will use again. Highly recommended
We hired Ionut to lay some decking and build two planters and some bench seating as well as landscape the garden and laying a new lawn. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard. I have already recommended Ionut to a friend and hired him for another job (laying slate slabs) which was also done incredibly well.
