I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. He explained very clearly on every process on what he could do. And I'm lost to find the word's to describe how pleased i am now. It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
