We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!

But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

These two chaps are amazing working harder than any tradespeople I have ever had a my property. I'm ashamed to say that it took me an awful long time to write a review on them but after knowing them for quite a long time and them completing other work I feel that it's a better review.
