Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Initially great service, quick and didn’t over do the job ie suggested a cheaper alternative which was great - however sadly they suggested doing some other work on the roof which agreed to but they haven’t finished the job been a month and still not finished and is no longer communicating which is disappointing
