The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I highly recommend this company.

Colin and Anna responded immediately to my enquiry and came round to fully inspect the job. A new garage rubber roof system and replacement wood where needed. Colin also spotted some led flashing that required fixing and a piece of missing sofit. He inspected my house roof and fed back that it was in good state of repair. I felt he was honest and reliable. Having had many quotes for this work, Colins rates were competitive but I also felt that he was genuine.

Booked work in, didn't turn up. Rescheduled, didn't turn up. Rescheduled again, didn't turn up. Very poor communication. Wouldn't refund my payment (£840) and now ignoring text messages. Very disappointing. I'm going to have to raise a dispute to get my money back.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE
Dylan arrived punctually. He double checked what was required and carried out the job to my satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. I’ll definitely consider employing him again for other jobs.
