Hi Joan, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. This will then bring up the list of jobs that you have posted through Rated People. You'll need to then select the job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Best Wishes, Natalie The Ask an Expert Team
