Hi Barrie, To give a rating, the customer will need to log into their account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs they have posted through Rated People. They will then need to select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Sometimes Rated People or the tradesman may send the customer an emailed prompt to leave a rating.
