Level and smooth, firmly adhered to it's subfloor with no loose bits.
Level and no holes in it and no heavy trowel marks if there is Just use grinding stone to even floor it's quite normal to have to sand in Places Good luck

Hi Monica first things first it should be level look smooth greyish in colour and normal procedure during levelling is to roll it to get rid of any trapped air. Hope this helps but I always available for advice regards john
Hi monika The floor should be smooth but if the compound was not mixed Properly there maybe small holes in it where air has has been trapped Hope this answers your question. Thanks pete
It will be level , with a smooth finish and free of dust . And completely sealed.
